Welcome Future RiverPlace Residents! Thank you for your interest in RiverPlace, a waterfront rental community in South Portland Maine! The next step in becoming one of our newest residents is to fill out the application provided and submit it with a deposit of one month’s rent and a $35 fee for the background check. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to help you through this exciting process.
